This advanced 23 km route in Zone III requires careful planning according to the tide schedule, especially for crossing the Richelieu Rapids at high tide. At low tide, circular rock concretions can be seen, formed some 450 million years ago during tectonic movements. These geological structures bear witness to the ancient formation of the Appalachians and the evolution of the marine sedimentary basement.
