Charles-Antoine Crête, former chef of Toqué restaurant, along with his sidekick Cheryl Johnson, have opened their very first restaurant with their partner Sébastien Blanchette. The dynamic trio wants to offer accessible, top-quality cuisine to local and non-local good-food lovers.
