Founded in 1908, this bakery has been serving up its wares for four generations. Every Sunday, hungry locals and vacationers flock here by the dozen for fresh-baked bread and fèves au lard (baked beans). Completely razed by the explosion that destroyed Pointe-du-Lac in 2005, the shop came triumphantly back to life thanks to the determination of its owners to stay close their customers.
