For two weeks, restaurants across the city showcase their signature ramen. A flavorful broth, noodles, and unique toppings served in a large bowl make up this iconic meal soup of Japanese street food. There are a thousand and one ways to prepare ramen! Who will be the grand winner? Restaurants participate in a competition and are judged, among other criteria, on their originality. The public vote determines the winning ramen of the competition, while a panel of quality judges awards their favorites. Come and taste the flavors and comfort of ramen!
