Deep in Quebec’s backcountry, outfitters open the door to territory you couldn’t reach on your own: private lakes, trophy fishing, hunting grounds, and cozy lakeside cabins where the loon’s call is the only soundtrack. Packages range from rustic self-catered stays to all-inclusive guided adventures, and most operate year-round with four seasons of activities. It’s the ultimate way to disconnect completely.
