All year long, this park is a haven for strollers. Espace La Fontaine, the restaurant int the hearth of the La Fontaine Park presents a highly diverse cultural program. In winter, you can partake in numerous outdoor activities, including skating and snowshoeing.

This large, undulating park invites you to relax and have fun. Facilities include a lit skating rink, and you can also enjoy a number of other sporting activities. The atmosphere is slightly festive, particularly since hundreds of thousands of Montréalers flock here to celebrate various events, like the Fête nationale (Québec’s national holiday).

This is the ideal spot for people who like to combine the joys of skating outdoors with the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Old Québec. The rink is equipped with a refrigeration system that guarantees an excellent ice surface at all times. It is prohibited to play hockey.

Come discover the many leisure activities offered on site. Skate on a 1,5-km (0,9-mi.), lit at night, or on a 30 m by 50 m (98 ft. by 164 ft.) icy surface. Slide down a slope 5 m (16 ft.) high and walk along a 8-km (4-mi.) pedestrian trail.

A unique winter experience awaits you! Try your hand at ice fishing in the heart of downtown Québec City, at Bassin Louise. On site: fishing from inside an inflatable igloo, urban walking path, family activities and a unique musical ambiance!

Located in an exceptional heritage environment, the natural pond at the Parc du Domaine-Howard welcomes kids of all ages, day and night, to skate freely. You’ll be charmed by this magical site, where artistic lighting was recently installed for a unique skating experience! 

Enjoy the great outdoors this winter! Come explore this maple grove with family, friends or that special someone. Skate through the forest along magical frozen paths that follow the trails for collecting pails of maple sap on horseback. The site is not lit, so bring your headlamp.

This winter, bring your skates to downtown Victoriaville and take advantage of the wonderful ice path set up at Place Sainte-Victoire. Thanks to the square’s lighting, you can also enjoy an evening skate. What’s more, you can don your skates or take a break inside the Vélogare du Grand-Tronc.

Loads of snowy fun just an hour from Montréal! Illuminated after dark. There are seventeen tubing runs on slope one and nine rafting runs on slope two. Extreme fun guaranteed! Come make the mountain roar!

For more than 40 years during the winter season, the rivière L’Assomption has been transformed into two frozen corridors for ice skating. The unique site showcases the river and is in keeping with sustainable, responsible tourism. Less than an hour from Montréal and Trois-Rivières.

The site will soon – weather permitting – be offering its selection of winter activities. Skating rink on the locks (with piped-in music), hiking trail.

This winter, rediscover Brasserie Creek… on skates! In the heart of downtown Gatineau, this 12,000 m2 (129,000-sq.-ft.) surface will delight families and skaters of all ages. A dynamic program is offered throughout the skating season.

Fun for the whole family! Come skate on three kilometres of frozen trails in a forest setting less than 45 minutes from Gatineau-Ottawa. Features a heated building where you can lace up your skates, as well as rest areas along the trails to enjoy the scenery, birds and squirrels.

Rediscover the pleasures of winter. Skate along a superb 1.5 km (about 1 mi.) illuminated path surrounded by background music. With family or friends, experience the magical world of the Centre de villégiature Dam-en-terre. Also discover snowshoe trails and the slide.

More than a hundred huts are nestled on the ice of Lac Saint-Jean, surrounding a kilometre of walking paths, a skating oval and a fatbike trail. Magical, unique and welcoming, this ephemeral village is accessible to all free of charge. Every winter, the event features new healthy and fun activities.
