The F1 Academy, launched in 2022 by Formula 1, is being hosted for the first time in Montreal. It represents a true movement aimed at opening the doors of motorsport to women. In a historically male-dominated environment, this initiative redefines the rules by creating a space where young women can develop and compete at the highest level. Beyond competition, the F1 Academy aims to inspire the next generation of girls to believe that they too can pursue a career in motorsport.
