In 1999, Montréal Tennis Lambda joined the ranks of the “Gay and Lesbian Tennis Alliance (GLTA)”, and the Queen’s Cup took on an international scope. Offering singles and doubles matches as well as a consolation round for players who lost their first singles match, this tennis tournament is the culmination of a well-filled summer season. Each year, the event supports a community organization dedicated to the realities of the LGBTQ community.
