In 2021, the fourteenth Shaker restaurant opened its doors in downtown Saint-Jérôme. The locals can enjoy the restaurant’s specialties, such as tartares, cocktails and burgers. The restaurant has 250 seats, a central bar, a mezzanine and a terrace with 100 seats.
