Sanctuary of Saint Marguerite d’Youville

Religious building and site

Located on the shores of the St. Lawrence River, near a bike path, this sanctuary is dedicated to the first Canadian saint. A permanent exhibition tells her story and the extent and importance of her deeds. Visitors can meditate in the funeral chapel in the basilica, on the same site.
