Every Sunday, from May to September, this unofficial and free weekly festival takes place around the Sir George-Étienne Cartier monument and extends over the surrounding lawns of Mount Royal Park. The site hosts a colorful crowd of percussionists, dancers, vendors, and onlookers of all kinds.
