A cycling trip that combines nature, culture and heritage. This five-stage route links Cornwall to Sorel-Tracy, following the St. Lawrence River and several historic canals, including the Soulanges and Lachine canals. The route passes through a variety of landscapes, from riverbanks to villages and urban areas, mainly on cycle paths.An accessible route along the St. Lawrence River, mainly on cycle paths and quiet roads, with a very moderate gradient.
