Dora has preserved the original recipes of its founder – Madame Aldora Bolduc (Dora) – to create fresh, handmade products daily, using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Our treats are presented in a shop that was once the small one-room schoolhouse in Eastman. The building still retains its original charm from 1876.
