Pointe-Noire Interpretation and Observation Centre

Parks Canada’s little hidden gem on your way to the Côte-Nord region, Pointe-Noire is one of the best spots to observe beluga whales from the shore. Along the scenic walkway, admire the beautiful scenery of the Saguenay fjord, its high cliffs and Tadoussac bay.
