This home was designed and built by Paul-Émile Borduas in the early 40’s. This well-known painter, co-author and signatory of the Refus Global, was also an instructor at the École du meuble de Montréal (Montréal school of furniture design). His home is now a centre for reflection on the era that preceded the Quiet Revolution.
