A People of the Sea Museum

The former Anglican church, Saint-Peters-by-the-Sea, was built with wood salvaged from shipwrecks. The deconsecrated church is home to a permanent exhibit that tells the story of many Magdalen Islanders who perished in the waters, including shipwrecks.
