Parc du carré Royal

Located in the heart of the city of Sorel-Tracy, the square is close to various small shops and restaurants. We love relaxing there to experience the city center while enjoying a good drink found at the local pastry shop. In addition, several events take place at this location. This historic site was converted into an urban park at the end of the 19th century after having served as a parade ground from 1780 to 1860. Moreover, all of the paths form a radiating plane which represents the British flag, the Union Jack. . In winter, the park’s paths become an ice circle where you will skate to the sound of music on half a kilometer of icy surface.
