The development of the recipe for our beers is divided into two parts: regular beers and beers aged in oak barrels. Our regular beers are the base products of the microbrewery, always available and distributed in cans in the Eastern Townships. These are the classic beers that are available year-round and the seasonal beers that are produced with fruits available in the region. Our beers aged in oak barrels are first fermented like regular beers and are then matured for a period ranging from a few months to a few years.
