Édifice Birks

Built in 1894 by Edward Maxwell for Henry Birks’s jewelry shop, the building became a boutique hotel in 2018. Offices turned into 132 modern rooms, while the ground floor hosts the shop, reception, and restaurant, preserving its historic charm.
