As the only trans film festival in Canada and the very first of its kind to take place in Montreal, Exposures redefines what a film festival can be and achieve in Canada. Rather than grouping films by identity, the festival focuses on the issues, aesthetics, and experiences that matter to trans communities worldwide. From ecology and discrimination to cowboys and comedy, the programming reflects the richness and diversity of trans narratives.
