Vallier Robert has developed a unique know-how. He ferments maple sap to obtain fine white wines, sparkling wines, an aperitif and a digestif. The organic maple grove offers a guided tour, cellar-cocktail package, commented tasting, wines by the glass, snacks on the terrace, shop, marked trail and picnic area.
