The distillery specializes in the production of single malt whiskeys. It has its own land to cultivate its barley and draws its water from the groundwater of the Mirabellois region. You will be able to tour the facilities and familiarize yourself with all stages of production, from grain to bottle. You can also taste the products on site, including several different whiskeys as well as gins and liqueurs. You can then purchase the bottles of your choice at the distillery shop, knowing that most batches are produced in limited quantities and only available on site. The distillery has more than 3,000 aging barrels, including ex-Bourbon barrels, Oloroso Sherry, Tawny Porto, Sauternes, Bordeaux red wines, rums, Calvados, etc.
Three whiskeys were submitted in 2024 to the prestigious International Whiskey Competition which took place in the United States and Scotland. The Sherry Oloroso cask strenght vintage obtained the title of best Canadian whiskey, all categories combined. The other two vintages ranked second and third, which means that the three best Canadian whiskeys are from Quebec!
