Inspired by Victor Hugo’s novel, the show transports us to 19th century France. “Les Misérables” tells the heart-wrenching story of Jean Valjean, a former prisoner relentlessly pursued by the merciless inspector Javert. Along his journey, he encounters Fantine, a broken factory worker devastated by poverty, to whom he promises to look after her daughter, the little Cosette.
