Mam’zelle Joséphine – Chocolaterie is located in Old-Sainte-Rose and was born out of a passion for the pleasures of the table. It offers comforting chocolate treats that bring us back in time. Customers can buy sweets and desserts reminiscent of their childhood and fine gourmet treats to indulge in, offer as gifts, or share. The chocolaterie specialises in the confectionery of ‘Honey Moons’, a delicacy from the 1950s consisting of caramel covered in high-quality dark chocolate. Isabelle Sauriol, the chocolate maker, gives introductory and tasting workshops on Thursday and Friday evenings to adults wishing to discover, taste and mould chocolate.
