At the Jardin Émergent de Marieville we produce aronia, a small boreal fruit with a thousand virtues. Little known to the general population but very appreciated by Native American peoples, for whom it represented an important resource for food but also pharmacologically to treat several conditions. Now recognized by the scientific community as a superfood, our mission is to highlight, raise awareness and introduce this little fruit to the palate of all gourmets! See you soon!
